DAY MADISON
Let’s Build Something Real
” Davone is one of the most passionate, supportive, and beautiful humans I’ve ever met. She’s the ultimate Virgo — sharp, skilled, and intentional with the love she gives. A true pioneer for the lesbian community, she continues to create and nurture spaces of community and chosen family for those who need it most. “
– Nneka Onuorah Emmy Award Winning Film Maker & Director

Leadership and Impact in LGBTQ+ Networking
While working for the federal government, she was also the founder and CEO of Dollhouse Enterprises Inc., a company that brought professional lesbian women together through meaningful networking events across nine states and Canada. During that time, GO Magazine named her one of their “45 Hot Lesbian Entrepreneurs” and “Top 100 Lesbians,” and her work was featured in The New York Daily News and most recently in NBC News.

From Creative Media to Social Justice Leadership
Long before she clocked out of the 9-to-5 for good, Day co-founded PXD Media & Entertainment with her partner Pam “PJ” Jackson. Now she’s pouring her energy into storytelling that centers queer and marginalized voices—including a queer reality dating show currently being pitched to networks.
She’s also the co-founder of The Anti-Racism Book Club, an Anti-racism Social Justice Organization focused on educating people to be better allies.
The book club guides many through a comprehensive three-year journey towards understanding anti-racism, social justice and becoming effective allies to the Black community and other marginalized groups. Their program takes participants from surface-level allyship to active accomplice work. We’re talking tools, book clubs, and real-world results—like launching organizations, running for office, or sparking change in local communities.
`` When I laugh, I’m honoring every ancestor who fought for me to live. ``

Writing, Podcasting, and Keeping It Real
Somehow, she still finds time to write. Day’s published a series of anti-racism eBooks and is in the process of finishing the first book in her LGBTQIA+ book series -coming soon through PXD. The stories are as raw and real as she is. When she’s not producing, teaching, or writing, Day is on the mic with PJ on their podcast or online, sharing her thoughts, and keeping it real with the folks who follow her.
