A Movement in Action and Change Allies At Work is an anti-racism education company dedicated to helping people move from awareness to action. We create learning spaces where we teach individuals, communities, on social media, group sessions or 1-on-1 to better understand racism, white supremacy culture, privilege, bias, systemic inequality, and the everyday behaviors that uphold harm.
Through guided conversations, educational content, fireside chats, book discussions, and accountability-based learning, Allies At Work helps people examine how racism shows up in language, workplaces, relationships, policies, leadership, and daily decision-making. Our work is rooted in truth, education, reflection, and action.
